Why am I not eligible for File Provider?
Application Affected
Dropbox file management, file provider not eligible
Device
Apple MacBook Air M2
Operating System/Browser (if using the web)
macOS15.6.1 (24G90)
Dropbox App Version (if using the app)
233.3.4753
Question or Issue
Curious why my business Dropbox account is not eligble for file provider. Is it due to how many files we have? I'm using the lastest version and followed all the steps to allow access.
Thanks,
Peter

Hi Megan,
We have 654,015 files. I am ones of the admins, so as far as I know it's enabled. I've attached a screenshot of my sync tab.
Thanks for your help.

Hi there, pheyblom, welcome to our Community!
How many files do you currently have in your Dropbox folder in Finder, including any online-only files? You can always check by looking at the folder's properties, or by clicking "Get info".
Since you mentioned that you're part of a team, is it possible that your admin has disabled the migration? If that’s not the case, I’d like a screenshot of what you see under your "Sync" tab of your app’s preferences.
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
