Windows Server 2019: LTS App Still Shows Unsupported OS Message
I'm using Dropbox on Windows Server 2019, and recently it stopped working, saying, "Support for Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 has ended." They provided a link to download a "Long-Term Support" app, but after installing it, I’m still getting the same message, and it won’t launch.
Has anyone else experienced this? It's frustrating, especially since I already installed the recommended LTS app. Any advice or workarounds?

We are having the same issue on Server 2022 which is not Windows 7, 8, or 8.1, so why is this happening. This will be very bad for our org and needs to be fixed ASAP since we heavily rely on this to sync files to sales reps out in the field from our Art department.

Stesso problema da ieri anche io. Windows Server 2019, la LTS si aggiorna alla 213 che si stoppa subito. Spero possiate risolvere al piu presto.

Hi Jay
It seems that many other users who are using Windows Server are also experiencing this issue. I believe it might be a software bug. Could you please provide an update on the status of this issue?

Hi Jay
Any updates related to the Windows desktop application issue with the LTS or latest release?
We have built workflows using your software and this block (and lack of Windows Server support) is pushing us to move away from Dropbox.
Thank you!
