I am trying to open an Excel workbook via Dropbox on my S24 Ultra so that it will save directly to it.

9 months agoIf you're not on a Dropbox Basic plan with more than 3 devices connected, could you try uninstalling the app, rebooting the device, and re-installing it.
Afterwards, as my colleague mentioned previously, could you try signing in with your email directly instead of using the Google Sign In feature?
Could you also try to create a new Excel file from within the Dropbox mobile app itself?
Lastly, have you tried signing out of your Microsoft account in Excel to see if this helps?
