Can’t open a .docx file on the iPad from the Dropbox mobile app

When using my iPad, I used to be able to access Microsoft .doc.x files in my Dropbox folder and choose to open it in Word. Now when I try to do so,  I get a message that says, that it can’t open the ...

    I figured it out. I was a matter of adding Dropbox as a Storage Account to Word in the Word App. Somehow that connection was lost. Thanks for your help and your time. It's working now.

Thanks for the info. Could you try uninstalling the Word app and reinstalling it to see if this helps?
