I can’t open any of my stored photos on Dropbox mobile or Dropbox.com. What’s going on? I use Apple devices.

Same here, this appears to be an issue for all file types across both mobile and desktop platforms.

Has Dropbox provided any updates? We’re experiencing the same issues—unable to access any file types, regardless of format or device.

Hi everyone! Can you please clarify if the issue has been resolved for all of you, or if there’s anyone who’s still having trouble accessing the files on their Dropbox account?

This has been going on for a while. The photos are there - they are visible in grid - but if I try to view them, Dropbox stalls on loading all the photos in the folder. If I choose OPEN WITH for any individual photo, Dropbox will load with any of a number of applications offered. But that means i can only view one photo at a time and cannot scroll through all photos in the folder. Viewing any photo individually in this way does not mean that it will be visible in dropbox afterwards.
