Cannot link Dropbox shared folder to Bouwsoft program

I allready have the dropbox business plan, but Bouwsoft cannot link to this account via a shared folder. It can only link via a personal folder, so my collegues cannot see these files (I cannot share...

Since this is not one of our official integrations, I'm afraid we don't have that much info for you.

 

I would definitely suggest reaching out to the third party app's manufacturer for more info or troubleshooting steps.
