Can't see the new comments online in Word
Hi there community!
I can't see the new comments added by my colleague on an online word document edited through www.dropbox.com (we both work on a desktop with windows OS).
I did receive the notification by email with her comments but when I click to "answer", the document is displayed without her new comments.
She inidicated that she added her comments online (firefox) and not on the word software.
Help please!

Hi Helene_BisounoursDeter, thanks for messaging the Community today!
Did your colleague explain where they added the comments exactly?
What it a comment in the doc itself (as in, a Microsoft feature), or was the comment added onto the file on the Dropbox site?
Keep me posted!

Hi Jay,
She told me she added comments online on dropbox.com.
I received notifications of her comments by email and I still can see her previous comment - the ones she added with the same process.

Okay, so they added comments to a file on Dropbox, but you're not seeing the new comments on the site. Are you certain that you're logged into the correct account, or that they added comments to the correct file?
Could you get a screenshot from that user to show that they have added a comment on their Dropbox site, and compare it to the same file from your Dropbox account?
