Dropbox not authorizing access properly for third party app.

Application Affected
Dropbox web app on phone
Device
Pixel 7
Operating System/Browser (if using the web)
Windows 10 when on PC

Question or Issue
Hello. I'm having a unique issue with Dropbox. I am trying to connect an app called War Organ to my phone. The app uses Dropbox to sync between phone and PC. When I connect war organ to Dropbox on my PC, it works first time, never any issues. However, it refuses to authenticate on my phone. I go into war organ, I click authenticate app, it takes me to my web browser, I have to click allow twice and then it will get stuck infinently laoding and eventually time out and the page will say I have no internet access despite having it. When I go into connected apps after this, it will show that war organ has been connected in drop box with full permissions, however on the app side, it won't have synced with dropbox.

I have tried multiple different web browsers (opera, chrome) I have cleared war organs app cache, my browser cache, google plays cache. I have reinstalled the app multiple times. I have disconnected the connected app multiple times. I am really stuck as to what to do. I don't use any other apps to testt if it's a Dropbox or app issue, but I'm assuming it's a Dropbox issue because my PC is fine

This sounds like Dropbox is acting as it's supposed to, and authenticating the request, but War Organ is failing to handle the response correctly.

I say this because you can see that Dropbox has authenticated War Organ in your list of apps. Dropbox has done its part. War Organ is apparently not handling the response properly.

You'll probably need to contact the War Organ developer for assistance with this. There's very little that Dropbox can do when dealing with third-party applications. It's up to the developer of the third-party app to handle issues with the authentication and connection process as they're the ones that programmed it into their app.
