Freshsales Integration and Dropbox Sign Reminders

Since Dropbox Sign is integrated with Freshsales/Freshworks, how do I control reminder settings? I have customers who do not want to be reminded over and over. Freshsales support tells me reminders are not covered under their support scope. There appears to be nothing in Freshsales settings. and their support team cannot or will not help.
