Unfortunately, I am continuing to get this icon. Sometimes it is red and sometimes it is blue. I have searched in Dropbox Help for the meaning of icons. I have been unable to find this one; therefore, I donât know what it means. I donât know if it is a normal icon or is an indication of an error of some sort. Can you help with this? Thanks much!

That's not a Dropbox-specific icon. It likely means the connection to Dropbox has failed. Have you tried to disconnect/reconnect Dropbox within the Xmind app?
Do you have the Dropbox app installed on your iPad? If so, is it working as expected? If it's installed, can you also access your Dropbox through the Files app?

I have discovered that this icon is not just happening in Xmind. I have seen it also in the File management app for iPad. I donât seem to have this problem on my laptop with Windows 11. Could this be a problem with the iPad somehow?
