Is there any option in the dbxcli app to pause/resume syncing?

Is there an option for the dbxcli  will support a pause and resume syncing?

other than dbxcli  is there  any  other way to do  it  maybe with switches on dropbox.exe?

There are no switches for dropbox.exe to pause or resume syncing, and no way to control that programmatically.
