3 years agoHi there BronNZ, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Your question would be more suitable for a Microsoft Word forum, but just to make sure we've got all bases covered, could you please let us know your device's exact OS and the version and status of the Dropbox desktop app installed there as shown in your menu bar at the moment?
Also, what version of Microsoft Word are you using at the moment? Do you see it listed under your Connected Apps tab?
Let us know more and we'll take it from there.
