On the website there's no option to open files in Word, just Word for the web

WORD isn't an option just WORD for the web.  Why isn't it available?

Once you download and install it, all you'd then have to do is follow the sign in prompts and allow your content to sync locally to the device.

You can always have a look at the relevant Help Center article here, and let me know if you have any questions too. 😀

Hi there, charlieoetraining, thanks for posting here today!

I'd love to be able to help as much as possible, but I think I'd like some more info here.

Would you mind clarifying which platform you're using on your end? Also, if I'm guessing correctly it sounds like you're trying to open your Word files, using our website right?

Feel free to clarify the exact steps you follow on your end.

    Thanks a bunch!
