Pending signatures not showing
I am sending out documents for signature in the Dropbox Cloud App, however, there are no documents showing as Pending when I click on the 'Signatuires (NEW)' tab.
There is another 'Signatures'...

As you can see, on the Hello sign page I have 2 pending signatures. I have used my Dropbox login to access this account on Hello sign. All documents are sent for signature using Dropbox, not Hellosign. However in Dropbox when I clock on the signatures tab it shows no pending documents. So hello sign and dropbox are communicating. I have checked my sync settings and both accounts are linked.
I have had the problem since I signed up for Signatures.
