Salesforce - I cannot merge Opportunity Line Items to a new template

Hope someone can advice.

 

I am creating a template to be used on the Opportunity but I cannot seem to merge Opportunity Line Items to the template. Is it possible?

    Hey SalesforceFW, I completely understand where you're coming from.

     

    I can see, however, that your ticket is already with our specialists, who are currently working on your case and the priority is already raised.

     

    Once they have more info for you, they'll get back to you on that email chain, so make sure to keep an eye on it.
