Salesforce Dynamic Forms & Dropbox Integration

My org has used the Dropbox Salesforce integration for years now with no issues. We just enabled Dynamic Forms, and now the integration does not appear on the object. See screenshot. Does anyone have any workaround or guidance for this?

On an object where we haven't enabled the feature yet, the connection is still appearing like normal in Salesforce. All our connected folders are still displaying in Dropbox.

Hey DCG_Marketing, thanks for posting on our Community and sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Can you please clarify if the integration is showing under your account's Connected Apps tab and if you've tried disabling it and re-enabling it anew?

    Thanks!

    Hi Walter,

It does appear in our connected apps tab.

If we disconnect it and reconnect, will we have any issues with the folders currently synced to Salesforce and Dropbox? I want to avoid data loss in Dropbox, so I've avoided any full disconnections yet.

    Thanks.

Disconnecting and reconnecting should not cause any actual data loss, so please feel free to give it a go and let us know of any updates DCG_Marketing

Did we find a resolution to this enquiry?

Dynamic record pages are now commonplace and we have certain pages "dragging the chain" as the DropBox component does not appear to be accessible once the page has been converted.

We are still on v1.618 of DropBox for Salesforce, is there a newer version that might provide the necessary component?

    thanks in advance

Hey wspall, have you tried out the steps my colleague Walter provided above, about disconnecting, and re-connecting the app by any chance?

    Let me know!
