Trouble with Pipedream
Hi everyone. I’m having trouble with a Pipedream automation. I’m on a Dropbox Essentials trial. I noticed I get API access on a Business plan, so I attempted to upgrade. It tells me, “this account is already connected to a Dropbox account for teams.”
How do I figure out what account it’s talking about?

Hey emeffinsteve! Thanks for posting here.
Do you mind sending over a screenshot of this error?
I’d also like a screenshot of the plan you see on this page.
Keep me updated.

Hi @Nancy, I figured out the problem with upgrading. It was because I had a "work account" already associated. Once I disassociated the two I was able to upgrade my account to a business account.
This didn't fix the bigger issue I'm having with Dropbox + Pipedream. I ended up getting it working flawlessly with Google Drive.
