Similar issue as others. I am a Dropbox Business user with full Office 365 access. I used to be able to open Word, Excel, PP into the 365 online version from DB. Now, e.g., when I attempt to open Word for the Web, it directs me to log into O365, which I do. Then my browser starts going back and forth between DB and office.live.com without ever loading. I am using Safari as a browser, and accessing from the same computer as previously (MacBook Air). Since I saw you ask others about their Default editing apps, I took a pic of mine below. If I change it to open the Microsoft app, I get the problem noted here. DB does preview fine.

Aric M - I think your issue will be solved by clearing your cache and cookies in the browser. I've seen a similar login loop with users in my team and that solved it.

Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately, clearing the cache and cookies did not solve the issue.
