I am working normally in dropbox with Windows 11, at the moment there is no error, but it usually shows a synchronization error message (when you click to see details it simply comes out that everything is fine but the message is jumping during the day).

There you have the pics, and usually need to click in order to start synchronizing (you can see how the dot changes from red to blue on the bar).
