11.99 charge for unknown account. Can't submit billing form
I started getting monthly charges of 11.99 since January 2 but can't figure out which account it is for since I have an annual Family Plan.
I'm getting a "Receipt for Your Payment to Dropbox" email from Paypal and it's not showing any email address or any other indication to which account it is for.
I found the billing request form, but I keep getting the error below when I click submit. I tried submitting while logged in, logged out, incognito but still can't make it work. So I need assistance please and I'm not sure if it's secure to post a transaction id here so someone tell me what I need to do next.

Hi jmfccompany, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps when you access this page, while on an incognito/private browsing window (and not being signed in)?

I did it on Edge, Incognito because it's my only other browser. Both of these showed up. Can you confirm if the thing was submitted at all?

Can you check to see if you received any email in your inbox or spam folder from Dropbox or Zendesk?
