cannot upgrade my account (409 error)
I have just paid for the plus subscription (in the app) but nothing has changed. Under my Apple subscriptions, it says I have the account. I saw it had happened to some users here but I still don't know how to resolve the problem. “The operation couldn’t be completed". (NSURLErrorDo-main error 409.)
tried rebooting ad restoring the purchase

Hey there, BobbiBamf, welcome to our Community!
Could you clarify if you upgraded directly using our website, or through Apple/Google?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!
- BobbiBamf3 years agoExplorer | Level 3The app in apple. And before you ask did i sign in on the correct account, YES. I only have ONE account. I’m irritated my money was taken from my bank account when it was supposed to be a FREE 30 DAY subscription. You don’t take a person’s money from their account until AFTER the 30 days are up.

Hey BobbiBamf, thanks for clarifying that for us.
Could you try restoring your purchases as outlined here and let us know if the subscription shows up?
If not or you get an error, would it be OK if we reached out via email to have a further look internally?
- BobbiBamf3 years agoExplorer | Level 3An error popped up. I dont even care about the trial at this point. I just want my money refunded to me that never should have been taken in the first place.
It seems nobody can make that happen so I will go to the Apple Store to MAKE it happen and then delete my account on here as it serves no purpose and steals money from not just me but quite a few people as I saw having this same problem. Later ✋🏻 - Walter3 years ago

I see, thanks for the additional info BobbiBamf
In that case, I'd suggest that you follow these steps to contact Apple regarding a refund since we are unable to provide refunds directly for iOS in-app purchases.
I hope this helps!
