Cannot upgrade my account for any reason
We are on the standard teams plan with 8 users. We are at the max for storage at 4.7 tb/ 5 tb total and want to upgrade our accounts for more storage. Dropbox said I cant upgrade without cancelling and deleting my entire workspace due to this new business plan being "too new".
Our prepaid annual subscription is up in July, so if I cancel, its only going to put the account in locked state once the subscription runs out. Theres no possible way for me to upgrade. Every link the agents send me just redirects me to the billing page with no option to upgrade. Tried in incognito page and no luck.
Ive tried deleting files etc but thats not the problem as all of our storage is being shared and contributing to our data limit.
Ive talked to about a dozen agents from the support and sales side and im just going in circles.... I seriously dont know what else to do.
Any feedback appreciated

Hi Jay. Yes I have talked to 4 different agents and a sales agent texting me every day for the last week. This issue has been taken to management as I guess there's no solution? I am trying to upgrade my Dropbox Standard plan wiith 5TB of total storage a to Dropbox Business plan with 3 TB per user.

Thanks for the info, there wouldn't be anything additional I can add if the support agents are unable to assist further on this matter.
I'm sorry I can't be more helpful on this matter.
