Can't access the codes for two step verification and backup codes not working
Here is a strange occurrence. My colleague, has a professional account with 2-step verification enabled. She ported her mobile to Google Canada and now, she can not receive text messages and DropBox does not offer the option to call with the 6-digit code to login. She tried her backup codes and they did not work. Also, there was an option to send a notification to her Pixel4 but that never came.
Basically she cannot login to her Professional account. All her credentials are the same (i.e. password, phone number, email) She just can't receive text messages. We couldn't find any other viable contact methods for her to get support so I'm inquiring here on her behalf in this post. Please help!

- Pullingoutmyhair3 years agoNew member | Level 2Tried to modify account once logged in to my gmail email. I was terminated and no longer have access to the verified email account on file, therefore I’m unable to verify my new email. This is absurd as I’m logged into my account, there should be OTHER options to do this because I will never get the email that goes to my previous employer.

There is nothing you can do I'm afraid except set up a new account.
I'd also say download everything immediately because if you get logged out and need a password reset/it wants to send a authorisation code there is no way around that AT ALL without access to the email on your file.

The email associated to my account doesnt exist anymore, and to sign in ask me the code verification that send to that email. ¿What can i do?

Unless you have an device already signed in I'm afraid there is very little you can do: https://help.dropbox.com/account-access/lost-email-access
