Charged while on a Basic account
Please does anyone know how to get a refund I had a basic plan gave no consent to an upgrade and Dropbox stole money from my banking account

Thanks Rich. I've found my subscription to a Plus account (I appeared to have created two Dropbox accounts) and cancelled it.

I did not consent to this, this is daylight robbery. I also didn't give my card details???
Then you need to speak to your bank and card provider, not Dropbox, because somebody has cloned your card.

This is a Dropbox issue how can they upgrade after 30 days without my consent regardless if I had a free trial. I did not consent to an upgrade nor them to remove funds of my account how they please? This is theft

Hey Philene van Niekerk, sorry to hear about that!
Did you use the steps that Mark provided, in order to open a ticket with our Support, by any chance?
If so, then feel free to send it over, in order for me to locate it on my end.
Thanks a bunch!

Good day thank you, I did follow the steps, but it didn't help much. I still want Dropbox to refund me
