Dropbox just charged me £199 for an automatic upgrade; all contact options are grayed out.
Hi all - I was recently sent some files by another user on Dropbox, I think they tried to share a folder with me. As the files were over 2GB in total I wasn’t able to view or download them… every tim...

You didn’t, by any chance, upgrade your Dropbox account via the iTunes/Google Play apps on your mobile device, correct? If you’re not 100% sure, please also check your bank statement where your Dropbox charges appear.
In case this is about direct Dropbox charges though (via www.dropbox.com), I can open a ticket for you and contact you at the email address you see here.
