Getting charged for an account I can’t get into
I have been getting charged for months now and tried to figure out what account it was. Unfortunately it is an account with my old company and no longer have access to that email. Tried logging in, I know my username and password but can’t seem to get pass the 6-digit access code, how can I resolve this? Someone please help. I don’t want to pay $12 for an account I can’t use. 😭

Hi Vanezzaramos, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.
Keep me updated with any progress!

Our non profit is being charged on a credit card for dropbox account we don't have. Phone number on the charge doesn't work. Need to cancel this, get refund - or will have to report fraud to credit card
