Help! Dropbox charged me AFTER I canceled my subscription

How did you upgrade?
Question or Issue
I was being very careful to make sure I transferred all necessary files to my new platform. Once I was assured the transfer was successful, I canceled my Dropbox. Upon reconciling my credit card (statement closed over the weekend), I found Dropbox charged me a day after cancellation. The problem with Dropbox is that you cannot get support without a paid subscription. Now they want another $119 in addition to the $223 charge on my account.

Thank you so much for the quick response. I hope the link is productive, but at least it is a step!

Hi barbarad, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into any account, and accessing this link.
From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from.
Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, which is sent via email in a few minutes, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system.
