How can I get a refund with immediate cancelation for a yearly plan?
Hi! I used the one-month free trial for Dropbox Essentials with a yearly payment but forgot to cancel. The same day the billing was made I emptied my Dropbox and cancelled the plan. When following the steps to cancel I selected the option for immediate cancellation because it said that I would be reimbursed through my current payment method. However, I don't know if I have to ask for that refund or if it's automatic. How long do I have to wait? Who do I have to contact?
Can someone assist me with that? Thank you very much

Refunds are only issued where legally required and are not automatic. If you didn't cancel then its unlikely you will get a refund I'm afraid.
The only way to know for sure, however, is to contact support at www.dropbox.com/support.

I looked at the https://www.dropbox.com/manage/billing?_tk=web_left_nav_bar and it says that a refund is pending. Should I just wait?
I'm worried because right now I'm not able to afford the subscription.

I'd suggest contacting support for clarification.
As I said - they are not usually given because you are told, multiple times, before the charges go through.

Yes, I already contacted them yesterday and today, but still haven't received an answer.

Logging multiple tickets just moves you to the back of the queue everytime so please dont put more than one in. If possible close the duplicate.
Dropbox isn't open on a weekend so you wont hear back until Monday or Tuesday as replies take a few days,
