How can I know if I'll be charged monthly or yearly?

2 years ago1. Kindly check your email during the day you signed up for the trial. Since when you signed for a trial plan you will be receiving an email with regards to the amount that will be charged when the trial ends.
2. You can cancel the trial plan before the renewal date and purchase the plan and select if you want monthly or yearly.
