How do I cancel my deceased mother's account and get a refund?
My mom passed away in October and my dad just got a charge on a shared card. We can't find any information on her account and she doesn't have the app on her phone. We would like to cancel the account and request a refund. The website and help links aren'r really helpful.

Ok - I got the email and confirmed it was me...I have "Leveled up" a couple of times for responding and starting a discussion, but I haven't actually gotten any help or an answer. I don't have dropbox and I hate that my mom did. Now, since no one really seems to want to help, my dad is probably just out $126.35.
