How to redeem the HP promotion?

I purchased a brand new HP PC and received an offer of 100 GB of Dropbox space free for 1 year.  I agreed to the Dropbox and HP offer terms, logged into my account, followed all prompts, and did NOT receive anything!!!  Why have I not received my promo space, and when will the offer actually be honored?  By the way, I have read the "How to redeem the HP and Dropbox promotion" article (https://help.dropbox.com/storage-space/hp-promotion), its FAQs and Terms, and can confirm that I am NOT ineligible for the promotional space.

    Yes I did, and I replied.  In it, "confirmed" should've been "confirm".  Thank you Hannah; I look forward to hearing from you there.
