11 months agoHow to redeem the HP promotion?
I purchased a brand new HP PC and received an offer of 100 GB of Dropbox space free for 1 year. I agreed to the Dropbox and HP offer terms, logged into my account, followed all prompts, and did NOT receive anything!!! Why have I not received my promo space, and when will the offer actually be honored? By the way, I have read the "How to redeem the HP and Dropbox promotion" article (https://help.dropbox.com/storage-space/hp-promotion), its FAQs and Terms, and can confirm that I am NOT ineligible for the promotional space.

Yes, you may. However, I don't want to write my email address in a public forum. Can Dropbox Staff gather my email address from the details I entered to create my Community account?

I meant that I just created a ticket for you. You should be able to check your Community-linked email address, and reply back to me.

I have not received an email regarding a service ticket. Besides notifications that a reply was added to this Community post, the only emails I've received from Dropbox were "invitations" to spend money to upgrade to Dropbox Plus.

Make sure you're checking the same email address that you see here, and be sure to check your spam/junk folder as well.

My email address in my Community profile is correct. I have checked my spam folder. I have not received an email regarding a service ticket. If a ticket was created, notification of that ticket was not emailed to me. Please create another ticket. Thank you.
