How to remove my credit card info from payment after unsubscribed plans?

Dear Dropbox Support,

I would like to remove my card from my account billing information. I have just cancelled my free trial as I no longer need to use the product, but I cannot see the option to remove the card I linked to my account.

Any assistance you can provide would be much appreciated.

    Why after unsubscribed the billing section still show my card number?
    I have try use different browser to log in still show my card number.

    Hey Mei Sim, welcome to our Community.

    If the trial got cancelled and you're back to your free Basic account, your billing info should also be removed from the account.

    Can you please login to your account from a different browser or a private browsing window and let me know if you still see it?

    If so, please send me a screenshot of where you see it, while making sure that your personal info is hidden of course.
