How to upgrade to the Dropbox Basic Extra plan?

I remember there was a plan for 50 GB. Is there a way to get this subscription? Thanks.

    It isnt possible to opt in, its based upon many factors I'm afraid.

Thanks. It is available in the link, but my payment gets rejected.
"The payment has been refused. Contact your bank to enable the card for online use and/or re-enter the correct card details again."

This might be another issue, irrelevant of the offer?
