HP+Dropbox promotional offer activation problem
I recently bought a HP Envy 360 and signed up for the HP+Dropbox 100 BG promotional offer. I received the email saying it would be applied to my Dropbox account. But there was some confusion about the email address I used to sign up and I accidentally deleted that account. I signed up again with the same email but now I'm unable to see the offer or any way to activate it. What can I do to rectify this?

As Mark said, if you deleted the account, then I'm afraid you also deleted the promotional space along with it.

I'm afraid you've almost certainly lost the space - space is not transferable. If you deleted an account it also loses everything associated with it

I had a bad feeling that was going to be the answer I get but I was hoping there would be something I could do to salvage the situation.Thanks for your reply Mark!

Hopefully somebody from here will comment tomorrow - but, I've already seen them say this before. Space is not transferable at all - so it cannot be transferred from that old account

Can you please help me set up the hp and Drop Box promotion? It is a pop up on my computer "Get 25 GB of Drop space for one year with your new HP. We are having trouble connecting. Please try again later to claim your Dropbox promotion." thanks

Have you tried rebooting your device? If I were you, I'd also check to make sure my connection was working correctly, and had no issue.
If the same message persists, send me a screenshot, so I can have visual too.
