I can't cancel my trial, why?
I keep getting emails saying that I'm going to be charged if I don't cancel the trial but I don't have the option to cancel when I follow the instructions. This is very frustrating and there is no one to talk to! I can't change anything or even delete my credit card! I looks like I have Basic, which is free, but why am I being told that I will be charged in 7 days now? I've been working on this for over a week.

Hi dianasimpson, have you checked that the emails you're receiving asking you to cancel, are going to the same email address, as the one you have linked to your Dropbox account?
Is there a chance that you have two Dropbox accounts?

No, I do not have two accounts.

This is the email I received. This is very frustrating. I did not upgrade to Plus. I don't have the option to cancel the trial on my account.
