I don't see an option under "Manage account" to cancel my Dropbox trial.

I was signed into DropBox after an AI course. They post the Certificate in DropBox.  I want to cancel this trial and this DropBox Account. I followed the steps in here , but I cannot find the "Cancel" button in my "Manage Acct". Can anyone please assist me to contact DropBox to cancel my Trial and Account ?  Thank-you in advanced.

    I just wanted to follow up with you and see if you were able to cancel your trial? If not, please let us know and confirm if we can escalate this ticket via the email on your account.

    Did you set up a trial or just set up an account?

    If it was just an account you dont need to cancel a trial as its free. 

    If it was a trial you can follow https://help.dropbox.com/plans/cancel-free-trial. HOWEVER you must be logged in to the account you upgraded to do so - its very common people have multiple ones and try and cancel the wrong one.
