I get an Error 500 when trying to delete by account, why?
I’ve been trying to delete my account and I get Error 500.
I’m on a basic 2gb plan so it’s a free service.
There is nothing in my Dropbox.
Tried deleting the account through google chrome, safari and the Dropbox app website data has been cleared prior to preforming the deletion.
I don’t pay for any subscription but yet I can’t delete the account!
Someone please help as it’s quite annoying

Have you tried a different browser?
Cleared cookies and cache?

thanks mark. I have tried google chrome, I tried to delete the account through the app and I used the safari. I cleared both google and safari website data. Neither of them worked, do you have any other suggestions ?
