I have been repeatedly charged $19.99 for an upgrade I have never received and i want my money back.
I order an upgrade to a Professional account 2 years ago and I trusted Dropbox to upgrade my account. I have paid my subscription fees every month since. It's been two years of payments and my account has not been upgraded.
I paid $479.76 so far and I would like my money back, please. Going forward I will happily pay the $19.99 once my account has been upgraded. The money I have paid to date was taken without rendering the services I was paying for.
How do I reach a human being to work this out so I can continue using my account?

Hi sirgeek, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.
