Hi there Rattler, let's jump right into this!
Keep in mind that we had a small hiccup with our payment page earlier today. However it has since been resolved.
Would you be able to try again now and then share a few more details with me? Do you get any specific errors? If so feel free to share some screenshots with me please.
What steps do you follow in order to upgrade, and which plan are you currently on?
