I keep seeing an error with Google Play on my Android mobile app and I can't check my Dropbox plan.
Imntrying to view my plan on android 14 Samsung S24+
I keep getting this error. When incheck linked device, this same device was link already twice. So unlinoed those. But it still shows the same error.
The info it shows is insufficient and not helpful
How can I solve this issue?

Thanks for all the screenshots you’ve shared! I’d like to ask you to take this one step further and test the behavior on the website from an incognito window, as well. Are you receiving similar error logs then?
As for the notifications on the Dropbox forum, it’s expected to see them all marked as read, if the page was refreshed in the meantime.

Another issue i still see there. They are marked as read, even when you dont click them as soon as the page loads. In the screengrab you see unmarked notifications, when i reloaded the page, they were unmarjed

HI Rombout V., if you're not on a Dropbox Basic plan with more than 3 devices connected, could you try uninstalling the app, rebooting the device, and re-installing it to see if this helps?

I have a free plan, does that matter?
I don't have a subscription for anything. But it shouldn't matter, it should show something inbelieve, even if you don't have a plan.
I'll try to view it in windows browser. On chrome mobile in also get a blank notifications page, so probably same errore

Thanks for the screenshots, Rombout V.! They really help.
Regarding the error you’re getting on the mobile app (when trying to view more details on your Dropbox plan), are you having any issues if you open your Google Play app directly and view your Dropbox subscription from there?
Also, about the Dropbox website, are you seeing similar errors, if you open it via a different browser?

PS here's all the errors from the notification section of this website
