I need a refund for a plan that I can no longer access
My position was eliminated on August 9, 2024. I no longer have access to the email or even the laptop. Just received cc statement with Dropbox charge of $119.88. Could really use the refund or at least a partial and need to cancel the Dropbox account that old email was associated with. Please help!

You can contact Support for assistance in getting the subscription cancelled, but you likely won't be eligible for a refund. In most cases, payments for Dropbox subscriptions are non-refundable.
To contact Support, visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
