I need help canceling account!

Hello, the FAQ says I should see a "cancel account" option under "manage account" but there is no such option.

I did not purchase dropbox through an online app. There appears to be no way to contact the company based on my subscription.

And I apparently have two separate accounts, both purchased this year, neither of which lets me cancel that respective account.

I would be grateful for any help!

    If you're not seeing the option to cancel then you're likely signed in to a free account. First, check your Plan page. If it says you're on the Basic plan, then that isn't a paid account, thus there's nothing to cancel.

    Use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account that you're paying for. Sign in to that account and you'll likely see the option to cancel.
