I need to add more space to my personal Dropbox account, without upgrading to a team.
I have the largest account available to an individual and have added the one time storage to my account. I have a large family and have a lot of photos and videos that I want to store. However, I'm...

Dropbox Punishes Small Business Owners.
I'm a small business owner & been using Dropbox since 2009-ish. Had the unlimited plan for YEARS. I currently have the 3TB + 1TB add-on. 4TB for $260.
To increase by 1TB (to 5TB), I'll have to purchase the "Standard" plan for $540. 😐
I now have several clients, and obviously, with the increasing dependence on social media, have exponentially increased the number of pics & vids in my files...and, obviously, have an ongoing & increased need for more storage space.
That my only choice is to purchase the "Standard" plan for 3 team members (which I don't have), rather than increase space as I need it -- is a WHOLE bummer -- particularly because I have sworn by (and have gotten no less than 100 people to use) Dropbox over the past 17 years.
I tried calling (which I used to be able to do -- and talk to a human), but there's only recorded messages to tell you that you don't have access to talk to anyone unless you purchase a high-priced plan.
It's all a **bleep** shame, particularly because I'm a long-time customer who swears by Dropbox.
Dropbox Punishes Small Business Owners. Hate to say it, but it's true.
