I need to sync my paid account to both of my devices.

I have two accounts I think one is a paid subscription and one was a free account.  I cannot access my paid account on my computer but can on my iphone.  I cannot sync my iphone & computer nor can I download the lost files on my computer.

I have repeatedly asked for a customer service phone number and I cannot get it.  They are showing I don't have a paid subscription.  This is a horrible waste of time.

Can anyone give me the phone number to customer service?

    Here is a screenshot of proof that o have a paid account!  Therefore I should have phone access to support!

    This seems like a subscription from an app store on an Apple device, maybe an iPhone or iPad. Is that right thderhrt3 ?  

    If that's so, can you try these steps and let us know how it goes?

    That isnt correct. 

    Phone support is only available to Business Users. 

    All other support is via www.dropbox.com/support - BUT only while logged in to that account. If you have multiple ones and you log on to that link from a free one it wont appear.

    I have tried everything you told me to.  I cannot log into my paid account and I cannot restore purchases on my mac  I cannot get logged into my paid account on my iphone nor can i link it to my free account. This is absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

    It shows basic but I have a copy of my apple that shows I have a premium pay account. I need to have phone support NOW and if I don't have I need to know how to add it.

    Why? We cannot help you if you dont explain whats happening.

    Again, why? 

    Note you can only have 1 account on each device (unless one is a PAID business one), trials dont count.
