I want to cancel my subscription
to whom it may concern,
About 1 month ago, I chatted with Dropbox and told them I wanted to cancel my plan, but someone told me the application wouldn't be charged after one month. About 2 days ago, 11 euros were deducted from my Revolut account for Dropbox. Please cancel my plan as soon as possible and refund my money. Why doesn’t the application have any option to cancel it? I am not satisfied with this platform at all! I DON'T WANT TO CHARGE MY PLAN AT ALL.

Hey toranj - sorry to hear about this.
Can you please let us know your ticket ID for your chat interaction so that we can look it up in our system?
Also, what plan are you on at the moment and how did you upgrade in the first place? Was it through the website directly or via the app store on a mobile device?
Let us know more and we'll take it from there.

I don’t have a ticket ID because I chatted online on Dropbox. I also checked my email, and there is no email from the last chat. I have a Dropbox basic plan. I attached the image of it.

I see, thanks for the additional information and the screenshot too toranj - in that case, may we reach out via email to have a further look internally?

You have upgraded a different account.
Use the Credit Card lookup tool to work out what account you upgraded - that should have the ticket number on for your chat as well: https://help.dropbox.com/billing/find-credit-card-charge
