I'd like to downgrade my Professional plan after upgrading from Plus
I renewed my plus account and it upgraded me to professional and billed me and I immediately canceled. I'd like a refund for the upgrade that I never wanted. I don't know why it did that.

I tried in the chat, but cannot find a way to get help with a refund. I didn't select professional so feel that it shouldn't have charged me. I just entered my cc and the charge came back as an upgrade. I had to update my payment method. I'd like a refund but cant find how to tell anyone what happened.

2 years agoIn the support page, you should have an option to submit a request (i.e. email) to the support team to downgrade your account if you follow this direct link, which can be accessed by following the options on the support page.
