I'm on a Basic account, and can't find my past invoices, and receipts.

I appreciate that this thread is a couple of year sold but as of two months ago I am no longer able to view my invoices and get the same message "No payment or billing activity Invoices and receipts for payments made on your Dropbox account will be available here."

Had previsouly been able to see invoices for the past couple years prior to this.

Thread doesn't state if or how the issue was resolved and as my account is "Basic" I am not able to raise a ticket!

Would be most grateful if someone could assist.

Also, meant to add that the transaction ID on my bank statement is 11 digits long and the DB finder insists I enter 12 digits.

Hey kettrj, let's jump right into this!

Just to make sure we're on the same page here: do you wish to locate your past invoices, or do you still get billed for a Dropbox account?

I'm asking since Basic (free) Dropbox accounts do not generate invoices, as they are only created for paid subscriptions. Is it possible that you have a second Dropbox account, where the charge is coming from?

If you previously had a paid plan (that was upgraded directly from us, and not through the Apple or Google store) and have since downgraded to a basic account, you can still access your past invoices by visiting the Dropbox payments page.

Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

    Hi kettrj!

Hope things are going smoothly! Just wanted to check if you still need a hand. If all's well, feel free to share what did the trick.
