I'm trying to upgrade to a 200GB plan for 2.50€/month, but I only see the 2TB subscription instead.

Hi! cannot subscribe for 200gb 2.50eur in month. When i tap on the button "get 200gb", i see the the promotion to buy 2Tb instead 200gb. Need help pls

  • Hey all! Thanks for reporting this to us. 

    I checked with our Team about this, and it looks like it was a temporary issue that should have now been resolved. 

    Can you try the link again in order to purchase the plan, and let me know how it goes?

    Did you get this resolved? I am having the exact same issue. Bait and switch!! Terrible company practice.

    the second screenshot - after push the button "get 200gb". But after i pushed there is another proposal - to get 2000gb for 11.99eur

    Can you send me a couple of screenshots showing the plan you’re having difficulty upgrading to and of what you see after selecting the option to upgrade?
