I've been charged for 3 years, and need a refund.

Is this company a scam or what i have been charged for 3 years for this and i cant get any answers from this company they just keep charging me every year i want a refund

    Dropbox cannot charge you if you dont give it your card details, it simply isnt possible - because you dont need to put a card on file for an account. 

    Most people do this as they sign up for a trial and ignore the emails saying it will charge you once its finished. 

    Unfortunately only people who can help are Dropbox support, replies may take a few days but you can track at http://www.dropbox.com/support

    Hey Kevin m1​, let's jump right into this!

    Have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?

    If you open an incognito or private window, where you aren't logged into any Dropbox account, you can submit a ticket via this support page.

    Once you've sent your request, feel free to send me the ticket number, in order for me to locate it on my end. Having said all that, if you come across an issue, I'll be more than happy to reach out to you instead.

    Do you know if you've previously signed up for any kind of Dropbox trial?

    I'd suggest checking out the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, (including these forums), and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

    If you have already spoken to support, can you provide a reference number for us to check out?
